ERP users

It allows you to create  ERP users with their respective  department roles and access powers  such as -  finance, administration, accounts, sports, library , so that  each user can perform activities based on the privileges assigned by the admin .  For example :- If you create a user role for finance department - they will be able to process all fees , expense and transaction related details  and will be responsible to access those fields only .

Similarly if you create receptionist user role - then he/she will be able to access the students field which includes adding enquiry , registration and will be responsible for students followup .  It uses User name , email id , role , school name , last visit time and , and the current state of the user.
